About these terms

These terms apply to your use of thrivemarketing.media and to digital marketing services provided by Thrive Media Solutions, trading as Thrive Marketing ("we", "us"), Kochi, Kerala, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

We offer digital marketing, SEO and content marketing services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement that you accept before work starts. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed or accepted proposal prevails.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine and platform changes, competition and your own product and pricing. We work carefully and report openly, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level or business result.

Fees and payment

Fees and payment schedules are stated in your proposal or invoice. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, tools or stock assets are separate unless the proposal says otherwise. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are added to invoices. Overdue invoices may lead to work being paused.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need (for example to your website, analytics or ad accounts), and you confirm you have the right to give us any materials you supply.

Intellectual property

When fees for a deliverable are paid in full, you own the final content we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our methods, tools, templates and pre-existing materials. Content on this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the services.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

Ending a project

Either party may end a project by written notice as set out in the proposal. You will pay for work completed and costs committed up to the end date.

Website use

The information on this site is general and provided as is. We try to keep it accurate but may change or remove it at any time. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on this page applies from that date.
